An average sized person could fit inside these airvents. They travel all over the hospital and can be utilized as a quick point A to point B.

The blob like manifestation continued its slow and inching path through the Ventilation shafts. It looked through some of the grills, looking down into empty patient rooms and at one point the lobby. Still unsatisfied it continues on it's path.
