The B.O.W. 'Tracker' was laying with it's back against a wall in the shade of a collapsed building. Resting it's many eyes while only its major, central eye scanned the horizon for any signs of hazards or potential enemies...

The large framed creature's chest was hallow and receded back, exposing his large ribs. The creature hadn't eaten a thing in about a week....and that eye was attentive for any sign of fresh prey to feed on as well. A semi-loud gurgling belly rumble bellowed from the beast and in the distance an explosion overpowered and masked the sound of the creatures hunger. He was starving. Rolling in its sleep, the creature caused the wall behind him to shift a little, causing more rubble and debris to fall into the littered streets.

Joanna Malone was sent into the city ruins, combing the decimated landscape for signs of new mutations or outbreaks. She lost track which clone number she was by now, but that mattered little with the shared memories.

She made her way past the ruins of some high rises, taking a moment to rest perhaps half a block down from where "Tracker" rested on his back. It was unforunate that she had let her guard down at that one critical moment since her scanner was turned off the moment it would have picked up the creature not to far from her. She drinks a bit of water from her cantine and leans up against the cracked fascade of a once great building wiping the sweat from her brow.

Despite his central eye, the Tracker's other senses picked up the scent of perspiration. Nothing dead sweats, and the sweet scent entered his nose in wafts of delicious belly-aching aroma. His large pointy jaws watered and the creatures stomach groaned again. His many eyes upon his shoulders and back begin to open, and the creature, now awake, begins to sniff the air for any signs of the delicious prey the natural perfume belonged to. Almost silent, the creature stumbles his way into the street, following the scent trail. With each step he took, puddles of water, oil and blood would ripple. Though otherwise, the creature made little to any noise whatsoever.

She was still unaware for the moment as she took her breather. She had been out all day in the city and not a single sign of life in the ruins, which was both a good and bad thing. It meant there was no survivors in the city but it also mean the infection might be gone from here too.

She sighs as she gets off of the wall and turns on her scanner. Immediately it would go off, having detected a huge concentration of infectious material. She turns around to see "Tracker no more than 15 yards away. " Shit..." She mutters and pulls out her energy pistol, backing away from the large creature. She raises her weapon....

Standing before him was the source of the delicious scent. A tall, red haired human woman. He paused briefly to look at his soon to be delicious meal, and watched her as she raised the small weapon. His own personal scanner had no information on the weapon or woman other than her name as Joanna M. and that the weapon radiated a high offensive energy charge. Still, this didn't deter the Tracker as his drooling lips opened wide to let out a powerful roar. Bowing his head he charged, and fast!
Soon, he was in range of his delicious prey and he swung his left arm out, the thick trunk of his wrist slammed into her torso and sent her flying back and into the surface of the wall where she had been resting herself not more than a moment or two ago.

As the creature charged, she would fire her weapon at him, aiming for the eyes on his head. She saw the arm coming for her and attempted to dodge the blow by rolling towards his legs but her managed to hit her towards the wall she was just resting against, however she managed to hang on to her weapon. She winces and gets up as quickly as she can, trying to find a way into the building. A smashed window was not too far away, maybe five yards from her, but she would have to run to even have a shot at getting away from the Tracker. She attempts to run towards the window, however it turns more into staggering, firing her weapon wildly behing her. " Gotta get in the window..." She mutters to herself.

The blasts fire wildly at his direction, while he turns towards her and charges at her. He gets closer and closer...then one of the blasts hit his right shoulder painfully. The creature bellows and swings his left arm out at her in a last ditch effort before it tripped and slammed headfirst into the building; the groping sharp claws reaching out for her slender yet delicious frame.

A loud booming sound echos throughout the air, and the creature's hand recoils back from the force of the .44 magnum shell that embedded itself deep into the back of its bony claw. From afar, a woman stands upon a pile of debris, a large mateba revolver smoking in her hand, she lowers the weapon and turns to the red head, swaying her hand out in an attempt to tell the woman from this range "go".

She digs her heels into the debris and slides down the hill and then jumps onto the pavement, getting down onto one knee and levels the revolver again, firing random shots at the creature, providing cover for the other woman.

She was just about to get caught by the large, hungry monster but suddenly a loud boom crackled not too far from her as the claw was knocked away from her leg just in time. She gasps and keeps running opening the distands between her and the monster to about 20 yards before she turns and raises her pistol. She looks over at who fired and smiles as Sayaka lands right next to her.

" Well aren't you a sight for sore eyes. Thanks for the help. Think we can take him out or should we run for it?" She asks as she lets her gun vent...it hisses as it releases its excess heat and readies for another barrage.

The creature, now pummeled by no longer one, but two tasty (if not a tad aggravating) morsels. The creature lifted it self up and swung out its large arms, though out of reach of the tasty specimens, the force of their swing caused a gale of air to rush around them. Standing above them the creature roared at them, spittle spewing from its lips.
