RECB1 Classic: Mayor Harris's Mansion

The home of the Mayor's son, Rufus D. Harris. The grand foyer shows signs of disrepair due to the zombie outbreak.

The secret bunker opened up, sliding into the wall by hidden gears. DRAKE swept the room with her silenced VP70 and then swiftly moves further into the main foyer of the Mansion. The room was in shambles, and blood and debris were what littered the walls and floors from earlier conflict. Her boots brushed aside empty brass casings from bullets of varying caliber. Hanging from a strap around her shoulder was a custom G36 with her own personal shotgun attachment. On her right hip, hung from a thigh holster, was a desert eagle. The room looked otherwise devoid of life, and upon seeing the exit which was the entrance to the ground floor to the streets of Raccoon, she decided to make a swift break for it. Her breasts swaying behind the almost latex appearing leather body suit she wore.

As the woman ran towards the door a golden retriever stepped into the doorway from the street and sat down it was panting slightly and wagging it's tail. The dog was clearly free of any signs of contamination as it sat seemingly happily watching Catherine's approach.

The Black Queen's drone unit reported contact with the woman and from nearby a fully operational avatar was dispatched to eliminate the potential threat.

Cat stops before the dog, cocking an eyebrow at the retriever's misplacement. Though it looked friendly, and devoid of any obvious bites or scratches...it was this vary element that made Cat feel uneasy. "It's too clean...with all the obvious destruction about...I don't even see a spot of dust upon it's fur." she thought, raising her silenced pistol up. Regardless, she would not shoot an uninfected dog unless it was in the process of attacking her. "Move aside mut." she commanded in a low tone, switching her aim from it's head to the ground beside it and fired a round into the floor. Dust and marble kicked up, revealing a hole. It should have been enough to scare the dog off...

Cat stood still to observe the dog's reaction.

The retriever yelped and skittered to the side away from the bullet impact and out of the doorway, it stopped just outside it's tail no longer wagging as it looked up and down the streets before turning back towards the woman whining softly as though afraid.

The retriever sat again and raised a paw towards Catherine as if offering to shake hands, it made a yelping bark before lying down it's chin resting on the floor.

Catherine blinked, lowering her weapon. She was a bit confused by the dog's behavior. She approached the creature without a word and looked down at it. Placing her left hand on her hip and leaning towards the right a little she cocked an eyebrow. "Whats your story mutt?" she asked suddenly. "Whats your problem? Are you lost? Hungry? Forgotten?" she added. She cocked her head to the left slightly and then shook her head left to right. "Sorry, but I can't take you with me." She then was starting to walk past the dog, ready to head into the chaos of the streets of Raccoon.

As Catherine walked past the dog she'd see the figure of a woman dressed much as she was striding confidently down the street towards her. The woman's black hair fluttered in the wind as she moved with an easy grace that belied the fluid power in her step. She was dressed completely in what looked from a distance like black latex.
Her eyes were locked on Catherine!
The dog moved to Catherine's side and whimpered softly as it watched the woman's approach.

Catherine's eyes narrow as the woman approached. From a glance she looked to be wearing a similar outfit and her gait seemed to increase the closer she got within range. Their eyes locked and in that split second moment she raised her weapon again and then called out to the other woman: "Halt your advance." she commanded in a cool tone, lowering her head slightly, causing the bangs on the right side of her head to drift down and cover her right eye.

The woman paid no attention to Catherine's words or the gun that was now aimed at her, her expression didn't alter and neither did her pace. As she got closer Catherine would be able to see her eyes more clearly and that they were completely black lacking any pupils. Also her clothing seemed to ripple and flow as though it had a life of its own! She was perhaps twenty feet away and smiling as she closed the gap!

Her brows raised slightly at the unsettling sight of the strange B.O.W. approaching her. She backed up, evading the retriever's paw and entering the foyer of the mansion again. Once she crossed the threshold she brought her left hand and cupped over the butt of her handgun to steady her aim. The weapon recoiled as she fires several 9mm rounds into the woman's face neck and left breast, still backing up while she fired the weapon. "So much for the streets..." she thought.

As the first bullet impacted the woman's head she twisted and toppled backwards, a second one caught her in the back of the head as she feel causing her hair to plume outwards from the impact. She hit the ground hard and lay motionless a dark liquid pooling beneath her head.

The retriever had skittered to one side when the shooting started now it trotted over to the dead woman and sniffed at her body before looking back towards Catherine wagging it's tail and panting excitedly "Woof!" it called out as it watched her and relayed the information to the seemingly lifeless form beside it.

The woman's body lay almost in the doorway Catherine would virtually have to step over her to exit the building.

Cat lowers her gun, turning her head left and viewed the body carefully. She begins to approach slowly, finding it almost too easy to have downed the creature...but still she had to be sure. Once with in range she reaches for the dog with her left hand, petting it's head before pushing it away. "Back away pup, she may still be alive..." she says training the tip of her silencer above the fallen woman's head. "Just to be sure." she says softly, readying the handgun again.

Catherine would feel something sticky on the palm of her hand from where she'd touched the dog, thick black strands of ooze sprouted from the animal's head seeming to cause it no concern as it stood there happily wagging it's tail but they seemed to bond to the woman's hand like crazy glue.

The retriever communicated with the seemingly dead avatar which was watching proceedings through the dog's eyes and just waiting until the gun was trained on the animal.

Catherine looked at her hand, the tendrils stretched from the dogs head and her palm, causing her to let out a cry of disgust and she shook her hand profusely. The black tendrils however seemed to snag tightly though, and would not come off. "What the fuck is this?!" she cursed, stepping away from both the body and the dog again as she entered the Mayor's mansion again. She looked from her hand to the dog; the tendrils were still attached in a long ropey string of ooze. Her face was contorted to an expression of rage. "I should have known better. Your in on this too, huh?" she says raising the handgun to the dog, and fired a round at the retriever's head.

The impact of the bullet seemingly caused the dog's head to erupt into a fountain of tendrils all shooting out towards Catherine even as the ones already wrapped around her hand and working up her forearm yanked her back towards the dog with an unearthly strength. The dead woman surged to her feet seeming to shift into a formless mass of black nothingness before once more standing as a woman her perfect features cold and emotionless as she stared at Catherine.
"Do not resist, you only make it worse for yourself"
TBQ was toying with the girl, as soon as Catherine had touched the retriever her nanites had invaded her body penetrating easily beneath her skin and beginning to multiply in her blood.

"Shit!" Cat screamed, tugging back her arm, leaping back a little to avoid some of the tendrils that splashed. She fired in a futile attempt at freedom towards both dog and the re-animated woman. Cat had not seen any creature like this before...but it didn't mean she did not have a trick or two tucked up her sleeve. She drops her handgun and reaches back while the creature pulls her forward. In the moment she was about to be engulfed by the creature fully, she pulls the pin of the flash-napalm grenade with her teeth and chucks it into the swirling gooey mass. "I'm not going down this easily!"

The dog caught the grenade and dragged it into itself.

The dog erupted into a burning fireball, thick strands of black spraying off in all directions as the grenade detonated. The burning black gloop soon went out and began to pool on the floor. The erupted strands working back towards a central larger pool.

Catherine would still have the strands attached to her arm seeming to act of their own volition.

The woman was close to her now close enough to touch She gripped Catherine's arms with a vice like strength "You should not have done that" Her black eyes stared from her perfect but lifeless face.

Slowly the black pool rose up taking on the shape of a dog.

Catherine grunts, now facing lady death herself. She managed to grin however. "Aww...miss your precious bitch?" she taunted. Being very flexible, Cat brings her weight back and brings her right toe up and slammed it into the 'woman's' chin hard enough for it to recoil upwards. Quickling bringing her foot back down, she began to pull back, cringing as her arms remained in their solid hold; she could feel her arms strain and her muscles stretch as she did so, and in that time noticed the dog reforming slowly from the black pool. "F..Fuck!" she cried out, cringing again, her eyes tearing while her arms felt almost like they were beginning to tear out from their sockets.

"No I do not miss "my precious bitch" She did a perfect mimic of Catherine's voice "In fact you should know that when am done with you, your body will replace some of the components you just destroyed" And with that TBQ shifted into a writhing mass of gloop and tendrils wrapping around Catherine and pulling her into herself.

The black dog shook itself and it's fur turned golden fluffing out as it once more took on the form of a golden retriever and sat panting happily wagging it's tail as it observed Catherine's fate.

Catherine's unique brown eyes gleamed and contracted before the creature shifted shape and pulled her inside. Cat's muffled complaints could be heard as the creature's ooze bulged and writhed with fight. Inside, Cat somehow managed to grab a hold of her desert eagle that was in her thigh holster and eight large caliber rounds erupted from the creature in large black fountains. The insides of the writhing goop swelled with Catherine's weight as she was shifted around. Cat was slimy and had ooze covering nearly everywhere from her head to toe. She shook and fought back within the tight confines of the creature, letting go of her Desert Eagle, and reaching for the g36 that was strapped around her back...

TBQ's ooze forced its way into her ears and nostrils into her mouth when she opened it to cry out in protest, the slime slipped easily inside her clothes coating her flesh completely. Gloop pushed into every orifice of TBQ's prey. The bullets had no effect simply passing through the writhing mass causing no more than a minor irritation.
Catherine's skin would be tingling as nanites stripped her down one layer at a time extraction the building blocks to recreate themselves and sloughing off the waste. All the time the girl struggled TBQ grew stronger even as Catherine became weaker.

Cats body bulged with nanites and TBQ's body bulged with Catherine. She let out a defiant cry as she futilely fires the automatic weapon from within her, lack of a better term, ''belly'' and screamed as the bullets rippled out of TBQ. She felt her body fighting against itself, the squirming nanites tearing at her flesh, while her clothes were essentially untouched. She gurgled up a bout of blood that ran down her chin yet continued to fight and pull the trigger back of the large assault rifle while TBQ continued to devour the Agent.

The gun fire was a distraction at worse but it wouldn't last much longer. Not a drop of the woman's blood was wasted, every precious mineral and useful component extracted as TBQ fed. Beneath the swirling writhing black mass a pool of dust was forming all the waste from Catherine's body all the useless elements TBQ couldn't recycle. A glob of liquid splashed to the floor and rolled over to the dog merging with it, the retriever rose to it's feet and replenished trotted out into the city in search of more prey leaving TBQ to finish her meal in peace!

Inside the blob, the remnants of Catherine moaned and the gun ran empty. Her thoughts were becoming empty and her body was vexed. She twitched and felt her body roll tighter and tighter into a tight wad, the creature digesting what she could before any other passer by may come along. Her hand poked out from the black mass and a final, weak and almost sexy sounding gasp was made before the hand was sucked back inside by the black tendrils.

DRAKE cocked back the FAMAS and started walking about the second floor. She looked about with her unique brown Asian eyes, seeking out her new target.
