History:

A survivor of the Raccoon City Incident, At the time he was only 10 years old, he lost his family in the incident therefore making him a orphan he was found by someone amidst the chaos he helped him escape (said saviour shall not be named just yet) After escaping he was kept in custody for the next 12 years within the DHS and watched over by his “saviour” who also trained him in various fight techniques, he was also trained how to use various different weapons and various other skills. He was finally released from custody in December 2012 he was given a sum of $10,000 in order to help him get started on his “new” life but instead he decided to search for his saviour he searched for 5 months with no hope of finding him but he then found out that President Benford would be making a speech regarding Raccoon City, Jack then prepared for his journey to Tall Oaks being 100% sure that is where he would find the man he seeks.
