History:

A survivor of Raccoon City, one of the only R.P.D. SWAT officers to escape the City alive. Years later, to escape Umbrella's hit men he went to South America where he lived as a Gunsmith and on the side a weapon smuggler. He was apprehended by the United States Department of Homeland Security where he was sent to Nevada to uncover a black market dealing in B.O.W.s. Since his slate would be 'wiped clean' and he be let off the hook, he reluctantly agreed. He was Partnered up with a mercenary named DRAKE, whom he had met in the Raccoon City Incident as an enemy. Joining forces with her, they uncovered the plot of a resurgence of Umbrella and thwarted the mercenaries in charge of the Black Market dealing. Once returning from the mission, Damian remained in the U.S., becoming a member of the B.S.A.A. that was formed. As a BSAA soldier in late 2009, he tracked down Ricardo Irving, a 'businessman' who was dealing in B.O.W.s. Though Ricardo got away, and Damian grievously injured, he was able to disclose information to his Superiors that he was headed to Africa.

Discharged from the Militant BSAA, he was transferred over to the Investigation Department of the B.S.A.A. as a Special Agent; demanding him to fall back on his Police background. He has a son, but hasn't seen him since his birth nearly 13 years ago. He seems to be depressed lately, and has been considered by peers as a drunk as of late, becoming distant to everyone he cares about including family.

He arrives in Tall Oaks off duty, there to listen to the President Benford Speech to take place. From his connections in the B.S.A.A., he hears a rumor that the President plans to mention something about the Raccoon City Incident. He gets into a sedan and drives off to Tall Oaks; hoping to finally put the past behind him.

What he's unaware of...is that the past he tries to cast away is thrust back into his life-pulling him, dragging him back into the Survival Horror once again.
