Ohman Street

Seanna was now walking down the street, a light shopping bag in hand. The weather was cool, not a kind of cool meant for late June as she walked down these vacant streets at night. The president's arrival has put a lot of people on edge...and she couldn't see why not. Every now and then, the Secret Service Agent at the front entrance asked what your name was, where you were just at, what party are you affiliated with, etc. It was really annoying. She sighs at the thought of this and then looks up at what few stars there were above. Suddenly, she remembered the name Raccoon City...yes, the devastated mid-western town that had to be destroyed by the U.S. Government to keep out a disease that could have infected the entire United States...perhaps even the world. She was still very young then, so she didn't remember much of the incident..only that it was a shady affair. Umbrella, who was almost the second world authority on pharmaceuticals and viral activity (on par with the CDC and FDA I might add), was founded in Raccoon City. Someone as powerful as the Umbrella Inc. Pharmaceutical wing could not find a cure for the doomed city....so many were lost. Lost to an incurable disease.

She shivered at the thought and resumed walking. It was too late to think of such things...she'd get nightmares for sure. She was halfway to the Subway terminal now, soon she'd be at the dorm and would get prepared for the next day.
