The office of the Administrative Lieutenant. The Administrative Lieutenant is responsible for personnel training, Department computer systems, computer software, Department forms, general orders, special orders, budget preparation and grant management. The Administrative Lieutenant operates in conjunction with the Department’s Records Section and will have direct supervision over the Records Manager, including the Alarm Program and CAD record maintenance. The Administrative Lieutenant will attend various meetings and functions as required by the Chief of Police or Police Major.
