History:
The younger sister of Raccoon City Survivor Damian Handy, and a survivor herself of the fall of Mayland City. She was attending college at Mayland City in 2000, when the Umbrella owned City was destroyed. In 2001 she transferred over to a new college in Pennsylvania. After she graduated in the year 2005, she disappears at least from anything public. In 2011, she reappears in the Eastern Slavic Republic to help clean up the Ganado's alongside the BSAA and Russian Army. She appears to be working for some organization, but it is unclear who exactly she works for.

Currently, she is heading back from a 'side mission' given to her from one of her other employers. However, instead of directly heading over to collect her payment, she has decided to make a pit stop in Tall Oaks to check up on some rumors she had heard from her sources.
