University Entrance Grounds

As Damian and Ben walk the path up to the main University building, which looked separate from the class room building which was to their far left and seemed to be connected to the Dormitory. Damian turns to Ben, pulling up a pamphlet. "It looks as though the Administration Building where the Quad and where the speech will be taking place was once the classroom building during the 70's." he shrugged, looking back to the schools face again. "This damn place is older than either of us. Unless your actually a vampire or something." he says blowing out another plume of smoke.

They were walking upon a cobblestone path with large green hedges that acted as walls, leading them up to the building. There was a Football Field to the far right, past the hedges that Damian could barely make out, but again wasn't entirely interested in. He needed to know more about the layout of this building, just in case. "How's the wound? Don't feel funny yet, do ya?" he asked his comrade.

A sudden flash from the nearby the classrooms, accompanied by a horrible sounding scream of pain heralded the random arrival of Edgar Holden, his head thrown back and hands grasping his cranium.

Edgar's skin appeared to be riveted by channels of what looked like white hot molten steel, and a horrid chaotic energy shrouded his entire form. With a second roar, an area within 12 meters of Edgar suddenly erupted in what looked like explosive decompression, ripping the round and walls apart, even as another flash occurred and Edgar disappeared.

Damian snaps his head in the direction of the classroom building again, seeing a plume of smoke rise from the broken window panes. He pauses, staring at the window a couple of yards away with the the cigarillo hanging limply out of his frowning face. His expression was lacking any form of intelligence as he just stares at the classroom building seeing a flash of light and someone screaming in pain before hearing a small 'poofing' like sound.

He blinks, turns to Ben again, then to the window, back to Ben and then to the window once more. He closes his eyes and sighed. Turning towards the Administration building again he levels his eyes to the entrance doors ahead of them and shook his head with a sigh. "Someone's getting an 'F' in Chemistry..." he then continues on, awaiting Ben's reply.

Ben looked in shock at the classroom window which was now smoking he turned to Damian and said "erm i'm fine but whoever is in there probably isn't,That's gonna attract a lot of attention" Ben finished with a chuckle "Maybe one of us should go check it out?" Ben asked Damian

Damian continued to puff on the death stick, and looked wearily at Ben. "Beh, I'm sure whoever's in there is fine...probably..maybe." he then looks to the doors ahead of them while the sound of the sprinkler system's sprayers could be heard dealing with the flames. "But if you want to go check it out, your more than welcome to. I've... seen enough strange things to keep myself entertained for the rest of the day...adding another to the list will just make it more redundant for me." he says with a slight grumble.

Ben looks to the entrance and sees the sprinkler system turn on "great it's raining indoors now, i might check it out after we're done here" Ben pauses for a moment and turns to Damian "Which areas do you want to cover?, if it's okay with you i'll take the upper floor and check things out there" Ben waits for Damian's reply

Damian pauses, letting the stub of his tobacco drop from his mouth and onto the ground before crunching it out with his right heel. He looks down as he crushes the smoldering stick. "Sure." he says looking up, turning to him again. "I'll look around the ground floor and the Reception area." he then noticed the security guards and a metal detector through the glass doors. "Keep your identification handy." he adds.

"Understood, i'll see what's happening upstairs, might pay a visit to the administration office might find some useful info" Ben finishes with a smile and a slight chuckle

Damian nodded. "Copy that. If you find anything useful give me a call mate." he then turns and enters through the glass doors of the entrance.

Ben gave Damian a thumbs up "will do mate" he then followed Damian through the glass doors to make his way upstairs.
